Quilters' Quarters is no longer selling fabric and notions at retail prices. Instead, quilters making projects for charity may make an appointment to visit the shop and select fabric. Voluntary payments will be donated to the Rick Palardy Scholarships.
Terry will offer individual sewing lessons using various machines. Trouble shooting tips and making the most of user manuals will also be offered.
Terry also hosts a quilters group at the Georgetown Senior Center on Tuesday afternoons
I made the borders the same way I started this quilt, using leftover 2 1/2" strips on the batting in Stitch 'n Flip style. This gave me a 10 1/2" border, but left the corners open ... so I made 10 1/2" pinwheels to complete the top.
